Wow! What a babe. It’s no surprise that she has over 4 million followers on Instagram. Now a famous Nigerian actress, her path to Nollywood began whilst studying at the University of Lagos. Since then she’s starred in many Nollywood movies, most notably the award-winning film, The Journey.

In 2009 it was declared she was one of the highest paid Nollywood actresses. Oprah has also referred to her as the Julia Roberts of Africa. She recently made the transition into directing where directed the much lauded Nigerian film, Lionheart.

This Nigerian beauty was born in the East coast of Nigeria to diplomatic parents who travelled all across the country with her and her five siblings. She was discovered at the age of 17 by South African talent scout Jan Malan who entered her into the face of Africa competition.

Shortly after that she signed a contract from Storm Model Management,  and moved to South Africa to pursure her modelling career

After becoming a modelling hit in South Africa she moved to New York and soon became the muse for legendary swimwear brand, Gottex. She showcases their swimwear line every year at the New York Fashion Week.

While modelling and living in New York, she studied at St. Johns University and recently graduated with a BSc in Communications and a minor in Film Production.

This Nigerian beauty queen and former Miss World was born in Lagos but spend most of her life in Port Harcourt. In 2001 she was the first women of African descent to be crowned Miss World. Her victory was widely welcomed back in Nigeria and her one-year tenure included goodwill trips and scheduled appearances all over the world she was quoted in the press on numerous occasions.

After her stint as a Miss World pageant she moved into modelling, signing a lucrative contract with Trump Model Management. She has since represented some of the world’s biggest brands including L’Oreal, Target and Macy’s and appeared in Vogue, Elle, Marie Claire and Cosmopolitan.

In the past there have been rumours about her using skin lightening products, but these have never been substantiated. Her sublime skin tone is most likely down both her family lineage and a good diet, rather than making use of skin whitening products.

This Nigerian beauty grew up in Lagos. At seventeen, Oluchi was urged by a friend to enter into the “M-Net Face of Africa” modelling competition in collaboration with Elite Model Management. She ended up winning the competition, and shortly moved to New York to pursue a full time modelling career. 

Since then she has gone on to grace the runways of Carolina Herrera, Gucci, John Galliano, Missoni, Tommy Hilfiger, Chanel, Bottega Veneta, Christian Dior, Alessandro Dell’Acqua, Jeremy Scott, Helmut Lang, Fendi, Giorgio Armani, Givenchy, Kenzo, , Céline, and Diane Von Furstenberg.
