13 August 2016 – After helping CSKA win the Russian title, English Premier League champions, Leicester City, signed Nigerian star Ahmed Musa for a club-record 16 million GBP. Southampton, Everton and West Ham were interested in the forward who joined CSKA in 2012 and scored 54 goals in 168 games, and has scored 11 times in 58 appearances for Nigeria since making his debut in 2010.
Leicester City fell 2-1 to Hull City in a match that left pundits wondering if this will be a long season for last years winners. What a shock it was! Many were expecting Musa to make a difference but his slow start was not uncommon for a player who is new to such a difficult league. With that said, he helped by drawing a controversial penalty. Do you think that Musa has what it takes to get back to his scoring ways?
